Inspired by cuisine from around the globe, I love to create delicious dishes, full of exciting flavours, that look as good as they taste.


I am passionate about using quality ingredients, locally sourced when possible including herbs grown from my own garden, our village honey and produce from the Royal Windsor Farm Shop.


I specialise in catering for small bespoke events and occasions, preparing all dishes in my home kitchen (which is Surrey Heath Borough Council inspected and rated 5/5).


Whether you require delicious canapés, freshly made scones or a home style meal on return from your trip, then I would be delighted to tailor a menu especially for you and your occasion.
